10 month Old Dead, Police said the baby was found with sunken eyes and cheeks parents charged
Seth Welch and Tatiana Fusari, both 27 years old, were charged with felony murder and first-degree child abuse on Monday because of the death of their 10-month-old baby Mary.
While Tatiana cried Seth was shocked at the charges he faced over the death of his daughter
Frist responders found Mary with sunken eyes and sunken cheeks. Seth called 911 and said he found his daughter dead in her crib. Friday the autopsy showed Mary Dies from malnutrition and dehydration due to neglect by parents.
The two were brought in for questioning on the death of their daughter and they admitted to noticing that their daughter was skinny and underweight early enough to have saved her life
The father Seth Welch posted to Facebook about the death of his baby the same day she died.

''Woke up to Mary dead in her bed this morning - this evening had our children removed and placed on “no contact” because Tati and I are the worst parents ever - Thankfully they are with grandma and grandpa".
Just numb inside right now. And I'm really enjoying the loving embrace of an isolation cell from the cops and government employees who keep assuring me "they are only here to help."

He wrote on Facebook saying that someone called the authorities about him not wanting to get his oldest child vaccinated.
'It didn't seem smart that you would be saving people who weren't the fittest,' he said in a video. 'If evolution believes in survival of the fittest, why are we vaccinating everybody? Shouldn't we just let the weak die off and let the strong survive?
All 3 of his children were not vaccinated. 10 months, 2 yrs, 4yrs.
Child Protective Services filed on Monday a neglect case against the parents involving their two eldest children. Fusari is also believed to be pregnant with a fourth child.
The parents are being held without bond and court records do not list lawyers who can speak on their behalf.
The couple could face life in prison without parole if convicted of felony murder. They are back in court on August 20.
