Florida man who killed a black man in parking lot charged with manslaughter (Video)

Michael Drejka, who shot an unarmed black man in a Florida parking lot, has been charged with manslaughter.

The prosecutor’s decision comes despite Pinellas County Sheriff Bob Gualtieri’s previous comments that he wouldn’t arrest and charge Drejka due to Florida’s controversial “stand your ground” law. Gualtieri suggested that the law shielded Drejka from charges. But it was ultimately up to prosecutors to make the final charging decision, and State Attorney Bernie McCabe announced that he was filing charges on Monday.More Here
